FAMC Employee Benefits

Franklin American Mortgage Company recognizes that a comprehensive benefits package is an essential part of any career decision. That is why we offer all our full time employees a complete benefits package that goes into effect the first of the month following hire. This includes:

Additionally, full-time, non-commissioned employees are eligible for Paid Time Off, or “PTO” days earned annually based on length of service. Employees can earn over three weeks of PTO in their first year! (prorated based on hire date). The Company also observes nine paid holidays each year including:

  • New Year's Day - MondayJan 1
  • Martin Luther King Day- Monday Jan 15
  • Memorial Day - Monday May 28
  • Independence Day - Wednesday July 4
  • Labor Day - Monday Sept 3
  • Columbus Day - Monday Oct 8
  • Veterans Day - Monday Nov 12
  • Thanksgiving Day - Thursday Nov 22
  • Day After Thanksgiving - Friday Nov 23
